If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the costs of returning this to us if required.
Unfortunately if your purchase is just unwanted we will not be able to refund any postage costs that you incur. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable.
It is advisable that you return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar recorded service. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number. Please note that customers are responsible for returns postage costs.
